Two industry partners have joined the design team as active members:

• Lyle Clem, a partner in Electrol Specialties Company, a consulting and equipment design/fabrication firm specializing in hygienic systems. Electrol Specialties is being brought on as a sub-contractor to Zimmerman Architectural Studios.
• Mike Green, owner of the Global Food Safety Resource Group, is being hired by UW-Madison to provide consultation on the project.

Clem and Green will help oversee the process engineering for the overall project, including developing plans for piping, equipment design and siting, automation and control systems, and will help advise on other critical decisions related to infrastructure, worker safety and food safety.
