CDR offers first short course in new facility
The CDR hosted its first on-site short course in the new facility on Feb. 22-24, when around 30 dairy industry professionals participated in the 3-day Process Cheese Short Course.
The course covers the basics of formulation and manufacture of pasteurized process and cold-pack cheese products. Participants also examined the practical aspects of process cheese making.
