The architects and design team spent the summer working toward the building’s 100% design. The 100% design plans are anticipated to be completed by late October. Once completed, the plans will go to the state Division of Facilities Development for review, and will also be made available to campus partners and stakeholders for assessment and comment.

After all of the feedback is received, processed and any issues are resolved, the final construction drawings will be prepared. The final plans are expected to go out to bid in early 2018.
